We need someone who understands how things spread in Nepal, not in a textbook sense, but because they have actually done it. You know which creators move culture, which formats land on Nepali TikTok, and how a product goes from unknown to everywhere. You run experiments, kill what does not work, and move on without needing a meeting to decide. You are equally comfortable writing copy, briefing a creator, pulling analytics, and sitting with the founder to figure out what is next.
Mobile Developer
Ship features that millions of people will actually use.
We are React Native and Expo. The codebase is large, complex, and well-architected: feeds, real-time chat, video, payments, delivery tracking. You own a feature end-to-end. You think through the UX, write the code, wire up the API, and push it live. There is no product manager handing you specs. You read the problem, propose the solution, and build it. The people using this app are on mid-range Android phones with variable connections. That is the constraint. Build for them.
Design
Design a product that feels like it was made for Nepal.
We are looking for a designer with a genuine point of view. Not someone who follows trends, but someone who knows why a layout works, when to break the grid, and how to make a mobile flow feel effortless rather than just functional. You have designed for mobile before and you have the portfolio to prove it. You think in flows and states, not just hero screens. The visual direction is yours to define. We have taste but we need someone who makes it real.
