How does delivery work?
Pipal connects you with local sellers in the Kathmandu valley. Once you place an order, the seller prepares it and we handle same-day or next-day delivery straight to your door. You get live tracking and a delivery PIN for secure handoff.
Is Pipal free to use?
Completely free to download and use as a buyer. Sellers pay a small transaction fee only when they make a sale, no monthly fees, no listing fees.
What payment methods does Pipal accept?
We support and encourage toping up your wallet and making purchase easily. Or, use Khalti, eSewa, the most popular digital wallets in Nepal. Cash on delivery is also available for most areas within the valley.
How do I start selling?
Download the app, switch to seller mode, snap a photo of your product, set a price, and post. Your listing goes live immediately. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Is Pipal available outside Kathmandu?
