How do I track my order?
Open the app → Profile → My Orders. You'll see real-time status and delivery tracking for all your orders.
How do I become a seller?
Download the Pipal app, create an account, and switch to Seller mode from your profile. Setup takes just a few minutes.
How does Flash Delivery work?
Flash Delivery gets your order to you in 15–30 minutes. Available for eligible sellers within your delivery zone.
How do I get a refund?
Contact the seller directly via in-app chat. For unresolved issues, email us at help@pipal.life with your order ID.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Reset Password page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new password.
