Our Commitment

Pipal has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are committed to protecting children from harm and ensuring that our platform is never used to produce, distribute, or facilitate access to content that sexually exploits or abuses minors.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Pipal and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

• —Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• —Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
• —Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors
• —Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAE content on or off platform
• —Using Pipal's messaging or social features to engage in CSAE-related conduct
• —Any attempt to use commerce features to facilitate exploitation of minors

Detection and Enforcement

Pipal employs the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:

• —User reporting tools available on all posts, profiles, and messages
• —Content moderation review of reported material
• —Immediate removal of flagged content pending review
• —Permanent account termination for confirmed violations
• —Reporting of confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Nepali authorities

Age Requirements

Pipal requires all users to be at least 16 years of age. We do not knowingly allow accounts to be created by or for minors under this age. If we become aware that a user is under 16, the account will be suspended pending verification.
